My Nero Serial Number does not work

The Nero installation that occurs during the LXSoftware installation requires that no other version of Nero be on the computer. If a version of nero is installed on the computer it will not accept the serial number that is printer on the CD jacket. To fix the problem, users need to:

1. Click on the cancel button for the Nero Installer
2. Cancel the LXSoftware installation
3. Go to Add/Remove Programs and remove any version of Nero
4. Re-install the LXSoftware, the Nero serial number will now work
